From the name Chocolate Zabaglione it seems difficult but this recipe is very easy to make, anyone who loves to cook desserts can make it at home without any problems. Just follow the guide and start enjoying this yummy dessert.

Recipe Method for Chocolate Zabaglione

The ingredients quantity depends on you, following is perfect for 4 persons.

4 egg yolks
4 tablespoon caster sugar
50 grams plain chocolate
125 ml apple cider vinegar
Vanilla and Sugar
Cocoa powder
Amaretti biscuits

Take a large bowl and mix egg yolks and caster sugar using egg beater until the mixture becomes smooth and pale.

Now its time for chocolate grating using a spatula, then add this into the mixture prepared in the last step.

Time to mix the apple cider vinegar with Vanilla and Sugar, then add this to the bowl.

Place the bowl over a saucepan containing simmering water and use the egg beater on the lowest speed. Use egg beater gently and constantly until the mixture becomes thick. Be careful, over cooking would create problems.

Time to take the mixture out of the bowl into the 4 cups, add cocoa and some nuts (you can add more stuff if you need), place it along with the amaretti biscuits in a plate and serve before it gets cool.
