  • ·        Vegetable oil for frying
First of all take 8 medium sized potatoes then cut them into small pieces. Now you have to boil those roughly chopped potatoes. Boil until potatoes are soft. Put those minced potatoes into a bowl, add chili pepper, salt and pepper. Start mashing them properly and then set aside to cool.

Take a boneless chicken thigh piece and cut into pieces. Take another bowl and put those diced chicken pieces inside it. Add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper then combine them together.

Grab a skillet and heat with vegetable oil, add minced garlic, onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper. You have to cook until onions are colorless. Add diced chicken bowl into the pan and stir the mixture appropriately. Cook until the chicken is done and then set aside to cool.

Take a small quantity of the mashed potatoes and you have to structure a patty. Grasp a spoonful mixture of mixed chicken and put into the middle part of the patty, add cheese also and now shape the patty into a ball.

You have to repeat the procedure to make the remaining balls.

Take two bowls, one for the egg and the other for the breadcrumbs. Dip the potato balls that you have made into the egg and then dredge the potato with breadcrumbs.

Now again repeat the process for the remaining balls.
Start frying the potato balls with vegetable oil until golden brown and crunchy.
