Ingredients: (The quantity of ingredients depends on your need)
  • ·        2 Chicken breast, chopped into boneless pieces
  • ·        3 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • ·        2 tsp Shaoxing wine or apple juice (Halal)
  • ·        2 tsp Corn starch
  • ·        1/4 White pepper
  • ·        1 tbs light soy sauce
  • ·        1 tsp Black vinegar
  • ·        3 tbs Chicken stock
  • ·        1 tbs sugar
  • ·        2 tbs cooking oil
  • ·        10 Dried chilies
  • ·        1 tbs Szechuan peppercorn
  • ·        2 Green onions chopped
  • ·        1/2 Roasted peanuts

Directions: (Add the whole quantity if not mentioned)
Take a bowl and put chicken breast boneless pieces, add 2 tbs dark soy sauce, apple juice, corn starch, white pepper and mix it until you see a smooth brown colored chicken. Marinate it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take a new bowl add the remaining 1 tbs dark soy sauce, light soya sauce and black vinegar, chicken stock and add 4 to 5 table spoon of sugar and mix it.
Now in a frying pan add 1 tbs oil and then the marinated chicken. Fry them and stir gently. Once done take out all.
In the same pan add 1 tbs oil and then dried chilies and Szechuan pepper corns let it fry for 1 min. then add the chicken, chopped green onion, the syrup made in the second step. While mixing, add roasted peanuts, it will take few more minutes.

Now its done, take them out in a bowl and enjoy :) Share with your friends and family.
