How to Make Chicken Alfredo Pasta with Sauce Easily at Home!

Some Useful Stuff:
  • ·        This would take 40minutes in total.
  • ·        This would be best for six persons.
  • ·        It will be having around 700 calories.

  • ·        1/5 kg refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • ·        1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ·        4 boneless chicken breast pieces  
  • ·        3 tablespoons butter
  • ·        1/4 kg fresh mushrooms
  • ·        2 cups of whipping cream
  • ·        1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • ·        3 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • ·        Garlic powder as per your need
  • ·        Salt as per your need

Method and Directions:
Boil the salted water in a large bowl. Add tortellini, cook and stir gently until the tortellini float, it would take about five minutes, once done drain it.

Cook and stir chicken breast pieces in the vegetable oil for ten minutes until it pinkness fades away.

Take another bowl and put the butter, heat it until it is melted. Add mushrooms and garlic powder, and let it cook for atleast three minutes. Once done, add the cream and boil. Slowly reduce the heat until it is perfectly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt as per your need. Let it cook until the cheese is melted, it would take around a minute.

The final step is to add the cream sauce, tortellini and the chicken, stir it about two minutes.

Once you done you will be able to see that it is ready, take it out present it beautifully and you are ready to go. :D
