Healthy and Easy to Cook Chicken Recipes

Today I am going to share with you healthy and yummy recipes of chicken so that you can cook it for your dinner or lunch time. Have a look on easy, most wanted and delicious recipes below.


  • Chicken breasts 750 grams
  • Curd 6 tbsp
  • Meat tenderizer ½ tsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Red food color 1/2 tsp.
  • Mustard oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander to garnish

Directions to Cook:
In a bowl add curd, lemon juice, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, meat tenderizer, red chili flakes and food color and mix it well. Now add chicken breasts and marinate it for at least half an hour or you can marinate it for 2 hours. Preheat the oven on 100C then put the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and place it in oven until it is done for about 10-15 minutes. When ready garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.


  • Chicken breasts 4
  • Garlic cloves 4 thinly sliced
  • Salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp.
  • Tomatoes 2 sliced
  • Dried parsley 1 tbsp.
  • Dried basil 1 tbsp.

Directions to Cook:
Preheat the oven to 175C. In a bowl add chopped garlic slices, salt, red pepper flakes, parsley, basil and salt. Now add the chicken breasts in that bowl and marinate it for 15 minutes. It is not necessary to marinate the chicken if you are running out of your time and your stomach is craving. Take a baking sheet and spray it; place the chicken breast, top the breasts with tomato slices and sprinkle basil and parsley over the chicken. Bake it for 20 minutes or until chicken juices are dried. You can serve it with sautéed vegetables.


  • Boneless chicken breasts 3
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • Paprika 1 tbsp.
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Red wine 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp.

Directions to Cook:
In large skillet heat oil over medium heat, fry garlic until golden brown. Place the chicken in the skillet for 10 minutes on each side until all the juices run dry. Sprinkle paprika over chicken and add 1 cup of brown sugar. Pour the red wine in the skillet and cover it. Cook it for around 20 minutes more and add salt and black pepper for seasoning. Serve hot with side lines. You can have sautéed veggies, fries, mashed potatoes or boiled rice as side line.


  • Chicken strips 1 pound
  • Pineapple juice 1 cup
  • Soy sauce 1/3 cups
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano 1 tsp.

Directions to Cook:
Take a saucepan and add pineapple juice, brown sugar, light soy sauce, salt and pepper, oregano and heat the mixture over medium heat. Turn off the flame just before the mixture comes to boil. Place chicken strips or tenders in a bowl. Cover it with pineapple marinade and refrigerate it for about 30 minutes. Now preheat the grill and place the chicken tenders and grill it for 5 minutes per side or until you find the juice is dried. Do not overcook the tenders. Observe closely as they cook quickly. Serve it with any sauce you like.
