5 Healthy and Instant Breakfast Recipes

Today I am going to show you 5 healthy breakfast ideas that are very easy and quick to make. You can make them a night before and in the morning you need to just grab your breakfast and you are good to go. I hope you guys are excited and let's get started.
Let's start with

1. Oatmeal cookies.
You just need two ingredients 1 cup of oats and two large bananas.

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork until you get a paste like consistency. Put it into a bowl and add your oats. Mix it well with a spoon; you can totally finish here or you can add some more ingredients to get a nicer taste. You can mix cinnamon powder or nuts or chocolate chips or raisins whatever you prefer. Now take a baking tray and place the mixture in shape of balls on the tray separately. You can top it with some dry blueberries or cranberries. Put your cookies in the oven at 350 Fahrenheit or 180C for 15mins. Your cookies are ready. Put them in an air tight container and you can grab them for your breakfast on the go.

2. Yogurt in a cone.

  • Cone 1
  • Blueberries as required
  • Strawberries for topping
  • Yogurt 1tbsp.

Take a cone and add blueberries in it. Now take a spoon full of Greek yogurt because it is thicker and rich in protein than the usual one. Put in on the cone just like ice-cream and top it with some strawberries.
Whoa a min breakfast that you can eat on the way to school.this breakfast is so yummy and it also looks so adorable.

3. Fruit salad
For fruit salad you just have to cut the fruits into small pieces and put them in a jar. You can take any of the fruits you like.
I would like to share this fruit salad with you

  • Pineapple chunks
  • Strawberry chunks
  • Orange slices
  • Red currents

Take a jar and first put some red currents then pineapple, oranges, strawberries and blueberries. An easy and nutritious breakfast for school or work is ready.

4. Granola Bars
Delicious granola bars with nuts, fruits and chocolate chips.
You need:

  • Chopped cashews
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chopped almonds
  • Cranberries
  • Puffed rice
  • Dark chocolate chunks
  • Flax seeds
  • A pinch of salt

In a bowl put cashews, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, cranberries, puffed rice, dark chocolate chunks, flax seeds and a pinch of salt and give it a mix. In a separate bowl combine 1 tbsp. of almond butter or peanut butter and a quarter cup of rice syrup. Stir these together until you have a nice consistent mixture and then pour it into the bowl with nuts and seeds. Mix well until all the ingredients are nicely incorporated. Put the mixture on a baking sheet, flat it down really well and make sure there are no free spaces in the mix, pop it in the oven and bake it at 320 Fahrenheit for about 20mins. Now you can cut your bars when the mixture is cool down. Put the bars in an air tight container yay you are good to go for your instant nutritious breakfast.

5. Pepper eggs
Now this is when you have time and you can cook in the morning, I personally like pepper eggs in breakfast very much.

  • Capsicum 2 slices ½ inch thick
  • Eggs 2
  • A pinch of salt

You need 2 slices of capsicum ½ inch thick. Place them in a fry pan and then beat one egg into each capsicum ring. Add a pinch of salt or any other seasoning of your choice. When the eggs are done carefully put them on a plate. Your pepper eggs are ready for your tummy.
