Healthy McDonalds Big Mac with secret special sauce recipe

Craving for McDonald’s BigMac? Let’s try it at home! As it can overcome your desire for fast food and you can enjoy a healthy meal at home just by preparing it in 30 minutes before dinner time. I am revealing on you yummylicious recipe of McDonald’s burger.

How to make McDonald's Big Mac healthy and tasty?

  • Sesame bun 1
  • Low-fat cheese 1 slice
  • Iceberg lettuce as required
  • Pickles 2-3 slices
  • Ketchup for serving
Ingredients for Sauce:
  • Yogurt low fat 2/3 cups
  • Sweet pickle relish 1/3 cup
  • Yellow mustard paste 2tsp
  • White vinegar 3/4tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/4tsp
  • sugar a pinch
  • Onion powder 1/4tsp
  • Paprika 1/2tsp
Ingredients for Pattie:
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • White pepper to taste
For Patty:
Season grounded beef with salt and pepper to taste and mix it. Now shape mince in the form of patties. For one big burger you need two patties. Otherwise you can take one Patty; it depends on how hungry you are. Grease your pan with 1-2tbsp oil and cook patties on low flame until they are done. Do not overcook your patties as all the healthy and mouth-watering juices will be dried and you won’t be able to enjoy the taste of beef.

For The BigMac Special Sauce:
Put all the ingredients mentioned above in a bowl and mix until a thick consistency sauce is prepared. You can add salt to taste but that is optional.

Getting ready for Big Mac:
Take a sesame bun and cut it into 3 slices. Apply the sauce prepared and add iceberg lettuce, 2-3 slices of pickles and a Pattie on 1 slice of bun, put a low-fat cheese slice on second slice of bun with Pattie. You can also add bacon slice in your burger to make it more delicious. Now stack the buns and your delicious burger is ready to be served.
