Recipe - Maple Balsamic Roasted Veggie Salad (Tasty Video)


Today, I am going to share a healthy recipe of roasted veggie salad, from its name its look complicated but it is a very simple recipe for veggie lovers, easy to make at home, and it includes ingredients that are not expensive.

Recipe - Maple Balsamic Roasted Veggie Salad

Ingredients
First Part
  • ·        1 Bell peper
  • ·        1 LB sweet potatoes
  • ·        1 LB Brussels sprouts
  • ·        ½ Red Union
  • ·        1 tea spoon Salt
  • ·        1 tea spoon Peper
  • ·        1 tea spoon Oregano
  • ·        3 table spoon Olive oil

Second Part
  • ·        3 table spoon Olive oil
  • ·        2 table spoon Balsamic vinaigrette
  • ·        1 table spoon Maple syrup
  • ·        1 table spoon Feta

Method (Requires only four easy steps)
  • ·        Take all the ingredients from the first part and add them in a bowl and mix it.
  • ·        Then spread it on an oven tray to roast them. Bake at 200 degree centigrade for about 40 minutes.
  • ·        While its in the oven, take a glass add 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette and 1 tbsp maple syrup and stir it.
  • ·        Take out the veggies from the oven and decorate it in a bowl. Pour 1tbsp Feta and then pour the last step syrup/sauce over it.
