Healthy Asian-style Cobb salad Recipe


I have picked one of the easiest and healthy salad recipe, full of vegetables, fruits and chicken known as Asian-style Cobb salad. It is an Asian version of Cobb salad Recipe, it is very easy to make, requires only three steps. It is served with a Vinaigrette and can be customized easily as per your need.

Healthy Asian-style Cobb salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • ·        5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ·        1 can mandarin drained oranges light syrup
  • ·        1/3 cup chicken, shredded
  • ·        1/3 cup carrots, grated
  • ·        1 avocado, chopped
  • ·        2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • ·        1/4 cup sliced green onions

For The Sesame Vinaigrette
  • ·        1/4 cup plus 2 tbs vinegar
  • ·        1 clove garlic, pressed
  • ·        1 tbs sesame oil
  • ·        1 tbs sugar
  • ·        1 tbs freshly ginger, grated
  • ·        1 tbs soy sauce 

DIRECTIONS: Follow the steps and enjoy your healthy salad.

For vinaigrette process, mix vinegar, garlic, oil, ginger, soy sauce in a small bowl and put it aside.

Take another bowl, spread the greens and place all the fruits, vegetables and eggs. You can arrange it in any order. From the picture, you can arrange each in a row, you may want to mix it, totally depends on it.

Now use the vinaigrette you made in the first step, pour on top of it or serve separately. 


You can add many different stuff to this to bring variations in this recipe, add your favourite veges, remove anything if you don't like.
