Recipe Method of Healthy Cheesy Chicken Balls


Today I am going to share one of my favourite recipe, chicken cheese balls, easy to cook, easy to eat and easy to enjoy.

These cheesy chicken balls are so yummy and appetizing recipe that my family and friends requests over and over again. You will definitely fall in love with these cheesy chicken balls. This is a must-try recipe and you can trust me on that.

Recipe Method of Healthy Cheesy Chicken Balls

This is a quick and easy favorite meal that has been liked among almost every person who has tried out this amazing recipe which is served with healthy veggies like spring onions and pepper.

INGREDIENTS
2 cooked chicken breasts
mozzarella cheese ( 175 gm )
2 egg yolks
2 spring onions (chopped)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon rosemary
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
plain flour (30 gm)
breadcrumbs (100 gm)

PREPARATION 
First what you have to do is that take 2 chicken breasts and cook them.

By using two forks granulate the cooked chicken in a bowl.

Pour those chicken pieces in a larger bowl and mix egg yolks, plain flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, spring onions, paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Now mix them properly with a fork and make small balls from this mixture by using your hands. Make as many balls as you can.

Put those balls one by one into a bowl of breadcrumbs. Coat the balls appropriately with the breadcrumbs.

Grab a frying pan and pour a liter of oil in it. Place those balls in that pan and deep try it for about 3 minutes.
