But despite all the fun in the sunny days, at the end of the day we are left with plain and tanned skin, if not properly cared. A rush to get the skin cared will become essential therefore results us sitting in a chair in beauty parlors. Bleaches, facials will be done on your face, throwing money to beauty specialists.

We often do not think that these visits in anyway help us in the long run. It not only wastes money and time but most importantly does not give the result as we expect these products to produce. Ironically, the actresses and models doing advertisements on these tan removing products, even sometimes do not use these products. But how do they get such a glowing skin during summer? We all see their photos in beaches, enjoying their day and come out the same as before. Because they know they are not fools.

The trick to get your skin glow and protect it from the raging sun is simple yet effective in the long run. But requires perseverance, and loads of it. So let’s get started.

1: DRINK LOADS OF WATER:

Hence, aim for at least 2 liters per day. But spread it over the entire day instead of gulping down all at once.

It helps in diminishing over all dullness and pigmentation, making your skin appears healthier and fresh.

3: REGULAR DOSAGE OF VITAMIN C:
