Recipe Method - Make Steamed Chocolate Cake at Home


Quick and delicious steamed chocolate cake. No ovens are required for this yummy chocolate cake. Many teenagers out there who are afraid to use ovens and because of this flinch they just cannot do baking. Now they can even make cakes without an oven. It's an amazingly breathtaking recipe.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon fresh milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

For the topping:
1 cup cream
1 cup dark chocolate chunks

Method:
Take a pan add butter, milk and sugar. Mix it properly and cook over low heat temperature till sugar get dissolved.

Grab a bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and pinch of salt.

Now take another bowl add 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla and beat it. Add the first mixture that you have made i.e. the butter sugar mixture into this bowl, beat it.

Add flour coca powdery mixture into this bowl and beat it appropriately.

Pour this mixture inside the cake pan and cover the pan with foil.

Grab a steamer and put this pan inside it, cover the steamer with a lid.

Steam it over 40 minutes over medium heat and you can even check the cake by inserting toothpick in the middle of the cake and if it comes out clean then your cake is ready. Now set aside to cool.

For the topping, add cream and chocolate chunks in a pan over low heat and stir until chocolate has melted. You can customize the topping according to your requirements.

Once your cake is cooled, place the ganache that you have made over the cake and make sure to glaze all sides.

Your steamed chocolate fudgy cake is ready :)
