Recipe And Guide - Chocolate Coconut Balls


This is one of the shortest and quickest recipe of chocolate coconut balls. If your guests are coming and you are running out of time then it's just the perfect desert you can ever make. As it requires only 10 minutes to make these coconut balls and then you only have to freeze it. Coconut is a healthy ingredient and it is mostly liked among the people. Coconut and chocolate is the best combination as it gives the essence of bounty chocolate.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 200g unsweetened powdered coconut
  • 100g Icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200g Condensed Milk (Sweetened)
  • Almonds
  • Dark Chocolate

METHOD:
First take a large bowl, add desiccated or powdered coconut in it then icing sugar, vanilla extract, salt and condensed milk and mix it together. If you feel that the mixture is too dry then add small quantity of milk till it comes together.

Make a ball of 1-inch, as the size of each ball is very small so they will be quickly formed. place those balls, that you have made, on a tray and put it inside the refrigerator to freeze for  15 minutes.

Now what you have to do is that break chocolate bars into pieces, put those pieces in a bowl and microwave it for 75 seconds, you have to stop and check after 30 seconds and stir.


Take hold of a tray from the refrigerator; coat every individual ball with the chocolate that you have melted.

Place back on a tray, decorate those balls with powdered coconut or you can even decorate it with sprinkles.

On the top of the topping you can place almonds. 

Your coconut chocolate balls are ready to be served :)

As I said it's an uncomplicated and simple recipe. You can always make it easily whenever you are craving for sweet as it requires no baking and no cooking.
